Shipping Information

Shipping Address

We will ship to addresses provided in the billing address or shipping address during your purchase. Please ensure that correct address and reachable phone number are provided when completing your order. We shall not be liable to any losses or damages in the event of an incorrect shipping address or unreachable phone number is provided. Please note that, the shipment delivery lead time will start on the next working day after your purchase.

Self Pick-up

We do not provide self pick-up services.

Shipping Time

All orders are delivered through our designated courier service providers.

Simple Axis Trading will use its reasonable endeavors to ship out your order within the stated time frame, however we may not be able to ensure that these time frames will always be met, as many factors may affect the delivery schedule.

For Domestic

It usually takes between 2-5 working days* (Monday to Friday) for goods to arrive at your destination. The shipment will be delivered during office hours between 9.00am to 5.00pm weekdays only.

For International

Express shipping (via DHL or Fedex), the delivery may take anywhere between 3 -14 days for express shipping, depending on your location.

Subject to limitation of courier service. In the event of holiday or sale event or natural disaster, the delivery might be delayed.
Kindly be informed that due to festive season (eg. Christmas, Chinese New Year & Hari Raya), online orders received are not guaranteed to arrive on time. The delay may be due to cut off date set by our third party courier service provider or overcapacity.
Simple Axis Trading does not accept responsibility for delivery failures or delays caused by our third party delivery courier service providers.
Orders might be subjected to custom duties or any other local regulatory related taxes in your country. Please note we do not cover these charges and these are not included in your checkout costs.

Tracking Number

Once we processed the order, you will receive a tracking number with the related link for you to track your shipment.

The courier company may take up to 48 hours to update the tracking number into the tracking system. Please contact us again if you are still unable to track your order.

Risk of Loss

Every parcel delivered held a risk of being misplaced or damaged.

If your tracking shows that your package has been delivered, it is advisable to check with your neighbours and family members to confirm if they have receive the item on behalf. Risk of loss will be passed to customer once the package has been delivered.

Others

Simple Axis Trading reserves its right to change, modify, review or delete any of terms of the Shipping Policy from time to time at its discretion.

Simple Axis Trading reserves its right to change the courier service that are selected by customer due to limitation of the selected courier service. Customer will be notified of the change of courier service by phone call, SMS or by email.

Refund, Exchange & Warranty Policy

Refund policy

We have a 14-days return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at [email protected]. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: Simple Axis Trading @ 59-4, Jalan PJU 1/37, Dataran Prima, 47301, Petaling Jaya, Selangor. Malaysia.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. We shall process your refund within seven (7) working days upon receiving your returned item.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Warranty

We provide a limited warranty for all the products it sells online at Simple Axis Trading. This warranty is valid for a specified period of 3-months from the date of purchase, as outlined in the product-specific warranty specifications of each product.

During the warranty period, we warrant that the item will be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal and intended use. This warranty does not cover damages resulting from accidents, misuse, abuse, neglect, alteration, or unauthorized repair.

Upon receiving the defective item, our technical team will evaluate it to determine if the issue is covered by the warranty. If the defect is covered, we will, at our discretion, either repair or replace the item. The replacement item may be new or refurbished.

We will cover the cost of shipping the repaired or replacement item back to the customer within the warranty period. However, customers are responsible for the cost of shipping the defective item to Simple Axis.

This warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective item as determined by Simple Axis Trading. The warranty does not cover:

a. Damages or defects resulting from normal wear and tear.

b. Products purchased from unauthorized dealers or sources.

c. Products with removed or altered serial numbers or labels.

d. Consequential or incidental damages, including but not limited to data loss, loss of use, or any associated costs.

The warranty provided herein is the sole and exclusive warranty for the Products and supersedes any other warranties, whether express or implied. Simple Axis Trading disclaims all other warranties, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

Simple Axis Trading reserves the right to modify or update this warranty policy at any time without prior notice. Please refer to our website or contact our Customer Service team for the most current version of this policy. By purchasing and using our Products, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined in this Warranty Policy.
